7. Connecting the Detection Section to the

Display Section





WARNING

Connecting/disconnecting the cable and connector: Before connecting/disconnecting the cable and
connector, be sure the display section's power switch is turned off and the power supply cable is
unplugged. Attempting to connect/disconnect the cable and connector while the instrument is powered
on may increase the risk of electric shock.

When using the display section's terminals, be sure to remove the metal caps, as well as the rubber
caps (Fig.7-1).

After mounting the detection section on the piping, connect it to the display section with the DS -2 cable
(included) (Fig.7-2).
