Grease filter
Removing the grease filter
• Before you can remove the grease filter, you must open the edge-
extractor panel.
• Hook your fingers behind the panel and use your thumbs to lever it
away from the edge of the extractor hood.
• Flip the edge-extractor panel downwards.
• Take hold of the grease filter using the handgrip on the left and tilt
the front side of the filter downwards. Now lift the filter from the
hood towards you.
• Clean the grease filter.
• Put the filter back into place by first pushing the rear side into the
holder. Tilt the front side upwards. The filter is now once again in
place.
• Press the edge-extractor panel into place.
Carbon filter
The carbon filter must always be used if the cooker hood is not ducted.
Placing the carbon filter (2x)
1. Remove the diffuser (magnetic closure).
2. Remove the carbon filter from the diffuser and clean it carefully.
3. Replace the carbon filter.
4. Place the diffuser.
Active carbon filters:
• The regenerable active carbon filter must be washed by hand with
neutral cleaning products, or in the dishwasher at a maximum
temperature of 65 °C (the washing should be done without any
plates, dishes, cups, etc. in the machine).
• Remove the excess water without damaging the filter. Let the filter
dry in the oven for at least 15 minutes at a maximum temperature
of 100 °C. To keep the regenerable carbon filter efficient, this action
should be repeated every 3 months.
The filter must be replaced after no more than 3 years, or if it has
