1.  From the start display, tap on the plus symbol.

3.  Tap on the desired category and the setting to be adjusted.

adjust a value by tapping the arrows above and below the value 
or swiping over the value

or switch a setting on or off by tapping on ‘ON’ or ‘OFF’

4.  Press the confirm button to confirm.
