TROUBLESHOOTING
Error code Problems Solutions
E-01
1. the communication line is
damaged or connected badly;
2. the electronic meter or the lower
control panel is damaged
1. Check if the connection of the upper and lo-
wer communication lines is good or damaged;
2. Replace the electronic watch or the lower
control panel.
E-02
1. The power tube on the lower cont-
rol panel is shorted or damaged.
2. Burst
Check if the power tube on the lower control
panel is damaged or replace the lower control
panel.
E-04
The power line of the motor is not
connected well or the carbon brush
on the motor is loose to cause poor
connection
Check if the motors power line is well connec-
ted or check if the motors carbon brush is well
connected
E-05 Overcurrent, overload protection Restart the treadmill
E-07
1. The security switch is not placed
in the designated position.
2. Reed switch is not connected or
damaged
1. Check that the security switch is placed in
the designated position.
2. Check if the reed sensor is connected or
not.
3. Replace the reed switch.
In case of faults please remove the power supply for a few seconds.
