RX3041 V2 Router User’s Manual

2.2.1 Dynamic IP Address

Obtain an IP address automatically from your service provider.

Step 1:

Select “

Dynamic IP address

” from WAN connection type.

Step 2:

Enable “

MAC Cloning

” and enter “

MAC address

”. You can also click

“

Clone MAC

” button to copy the MAC address of the Ethernet Card installed by

your ISP and replace the WAN MAC address with this MAC address. Click “

Next

”

to continue.

Step 3:

Enable DNS Settings if required, enter the DNS server address(es). Click

“

Finish

” to save the settings.
