Adding an extension number to a contact number
You can add an extension number to a contact’s number.
1. From the Add contact screen, fill in the necessary fields.
2. On the Phone field, key in the main line then tap or , and add the extension number.
NOTE:
• Use

as a separator of the main line and the extension number when you want to skip the voice
prompt.
• Use
;
as a separator of the main line and the extension number when you want to confirm the
extension number first before proceeding the call.
3. Tap
Done
to save the number.
