Show Port-Based VLAN
: Select
Add a new VLAN
to create a new
group, or select an existing group to
display on the following fields and
port icons:
•
Name
: the group name.
•
Group ID
: this field requires you to
enter the Group ID when a new Port-
Based VLAN is created. The valid
Group ID is from 1 to 28.
•
Remove Group
: Remove an existing Port-Based VLAN Group. This field
disappears in Port-Based VLAN Group creation page.
If you want the Port-Based VLAN group that you created to be effective,
you must go to
VLAN Mode
page to select
Port-Based VLAN
mode as
the VLAN Mode of these port members.
Click <
OK
> to send the settings to the switch via the HTTP server. Click
<
Reload
> to refresh the settings. To permanently save the configuration,
go to the
Save Configuration
page, then click <
Save
>.
4.3.10 Default Port VLAN and CoS
This page includes some VLAN
tags' related field settings for each
port. These are as follows:
•
Port
: Select the port to configure
•
PVID
: Port-based VLAN ID. Every
untagged packet received from this
port will be tagged with this VLAN
group ID
•
CoS (Class of Service) value
:
Every untagged packet received from this port will be assigned to this CoS
in the VLAN tagged.
Click <
Modify
> to change the content in the port list window. Click <
OK
>
to send the settings the switch via the HTTP server. Click <
Reload
> to
refresh the settings. To permanently save the configuration, go to the
Save
Configuration
page, then click <
Save
>.
