Troubleshooting:
What if...
… the router does not power up?
Please check if the power plugs are plugged in tightly. Switch
On and Off again. Wait 3 mins.
… the WAN lights up Red? (MAIN)
The device is not getting an Internet connection, make sure
the hardline is on the WAN port. Ask if the hardline from the
venue has a splash screen or requires a MAC address.
… the LAN light is off?
No physical connection to printer or PC. Make sure the line is
properly plugged and the other unit is powered up.
… the 2.4G light is off?
Your unit is pre-set to work only on the 5.0GHz wireless
connection.
...the 5G1 & 5G2 lights are off?
Your unit is not broadcasting any wireless connectivity.Please
check that your MAIN router has completely booted before
powering on the MESH units.
...the MESH unit has no internet connection? Switch On and Off. If a problem persists your units might be
too far apart or there might be too much interference
between them.
