ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS OR QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS PRODUCT,

Carefully remove the contents from the package.
If any parts are missing do not attempt to use the product until
they have been obtained and correctly installed.
Caution: Do not over tighten fasteners.
1. (
SEE
FIGURE 1
) Thread (4) 8mm x 25 studs (F)
into the back (B). Align the right arm/leg
assembly (C) and secure it in place with
(2) flat washers (G) and hex nuts (H). Mount
the back to the left arm assembly (D) in the
same manner.
(Do not tighten completely.)
2. (
SEE FIGURE 2
) Mount the seat (A) to the right
leg/arm assembly with (2) 8mm x 30 hex
bolts (E), flat washers (G) and hex nuts (H).
Mount the seat to the left arm assembly in
the same manner.
(Do not tighten completely.)
Caution: Do not over tighten fasteners.

) Stand the chair upright on a
flat surface and tighten all hex nuts. Place
the (4) plastic covers (I) on the hex nuts on
the back of the chair.
