Cleaning and disinfection of the surface of the device
Clean the surfaces of the device regularly and disinfect them at least weekly.
The device can be wiped with a damp, lint-free cloth.
Follow the instructions in section 4.1.1 for wipe disinfection.
Repeated cleaning and disinfection procedures may result in minor discolorations of the plastic
components of the housing. However these do not affect the function of the device.
If the interior of the device comes into direct contact with liquids or solids, the
device must be inspected by ASSKEA GmbH or by a service partner authorized by
ASSKEA GmbH.

Empty the reusable secretion canister and dispose of the aspirate properly.

Remove the sphere before performing the following cleaning instructions (fig. 19(B)).
3.
Rinse all components of the reusable secretion canister under running water.
4.
Immerse all components of the reusable secretion canister in disinfectant solution,
considering the specific concentration quantity.
5.
Afterwards, rinse the components thoroughly and let them dry.
6.
Reinsert the sphere according to fig. 19.
ASSKEA GmbH recommends to replace the canister system
every 4 weeks
if it is used and
disinfected frequently!
