Making and viewing notes

7. Press the left function key 

 to select it.

All the appointments for that day are listed.

8. Use the joystick key to highlight the appointment you want to 

view.

9. Press the left function key 

 to select it for viewing, or the 

right function key 

 to display the options menu and editing

If you selected to view the appointment, it is displayed but can’t 
be edited. If you selected the options menu you can use the joy-
stick key to highlight the

you to edit any of the fields.

enables you to view all appointments that day, that 
week, or all appointments altogether.

6.2 Making and viewing notes

The notes feature enables you to make short text notes and store them 

on your phone.
