HOW TO CHARGE
1. Conn ect one end of the USB cord pro vided to the charging port and insert the other end
to the e x ternal p ow er sour c e.
2. While charging the LED light beneath the p ow er bution will turn red; when fully charged
the LED light will turn violet . Estimated charging time is between 4-6 hours.
3. During charging pro c ess , the de vic e will not able function it has a sel f -protection de vic e
installed.
4. This d e vic e uses high-per formanc e & environment-friendly lithium ion battery; the li f e
of the battery varies a ccording to the function of the product . Please re f er to the manual
f or details.
When the battery power is low, the LED light beneath the power button will blink
thereafter the device will shut down automatically.
HO W T O O PERATE
VIBRATING MASSAGE
1. P ress the p ow er switch and the vibration will be gin
2. 3 massage intensities are available f or selection; press and hold the vibration butt on
the intensit y l e v el will swit ch accordingly.
3. The default time f or vibration massage is 10 minutes; press the p ow er butt on again t o
c ontinue the massage.
COLD THERAPY. Remove the protective cover on the contact metal of the device.

2. P ress the c old thera p y butt on to activate the c old thera p y mode
3. There are three le v els of cold temperature f or selection; press and hold the c old thera py
button the temperature le v els will swit ch accordingly.
4. The temperature le v els are indicated b y the follo wing LED light beneath the cold
thera p y button :
a. Blue represents le v el 1 (appr oxima tely 15-20°С)
b. V iolet represents le v el 2 (appr oxima tely 10-15°С)
c. R ed represents le v el 3 (appr oxima tely 5-10ºС)
