has a cleansing and  anti-bacterial effect, ensuring that the appliance’s 
internal components are preserved in an optimum hygienic state. 
Therefore food’s good taste is preserved and the appliance’s service life 
is extended.
•  Water is used for the steaming process. Water contains calcium 

and magnesium. Heat causes the water to condense, leaving a 
mineral deposit (not harmful to humans).

•  If the descaling cycle is interrupted prior to the end of the cycle,  

the program must be restarted from the beginning.

Removing and cleaning the guide rails

Use conventional cleaning products to clean the guide rails.
•  Remove the screw using a screwdriver.
•  Remove the guide rails from the holes in the back wall.
