The manufacturer and the importer do not reco end
to use this equipment under extreme conditions and
at high loads. Any other additional requirements must
be agreed upon by the manufacturer and the buyer.
Installing and replacing the grinding wheel
Attention! Before installing and removing grinding
wheels, make sure the power switch is off and the
power is off.
The sanding pad is equipped with velcro, which al
-
lows quick replacement of the sanding wheel. Place
the sandpaper on the pad and press it against the pad
with your hand. If the Velcro is clogged on the pad, we
recommend knocking it out, cleaning it with a brush or
compressed air. The sanding pad is pivotable in two
directions and thus allows you to sand more easily, for
example in the ceiling or in a narrow space.
Grinding wheels need to be replaced to improve grin
-
ding efficiency after the machine has been running for
some time. Turn off the power switch and turn off the
power; remove the original grinding wheel and replace
it with a new one. Make sure that the entire plate is
well cleaned to make replacement more convenient
and that the grinding wheel is flat on the base plate
Abrasive wheels
Sanding paper grains determine the sanding effect on
walls and other objects. The size of the grinding wheel
is measured by its diameter. Please choose the appro
-
priate ones according to the diameter of the sanding
base plate. The larger the grain size, the more abrasi
-
ve grains are per unit area of the grinding wheel. With
the same diameter, the larger grain grinding wheel
creates a smoother and flat surface, but the efficiency
is lower. The small-grain grinding wheel is suitable for
coarse grinding and the high-grain grinding wheels for
fine grinding.
Choose a Φ225 mm sanding disc for this plasterboard
sander.
Assembly and disassembly of the hose
It is a disc grinder with automatic dust extraction. No
cleaner is needed. Dust will be sucked into the bag
during operation.
Assembly: Squeeze the two latching joints and release
your fingers after making sure that they are firmly con
-
nected to the dust extraction hose.
Disassembly: Press the two latches and release your
fingers after disconnecting the two parts of the hose.
After connecting to the dust bag, press the two latching
joints and release your fingers.
Switch, speed setting button, LED
Connect the appliance to the mains. Press the button
(9) to start the device. When switching off, release the
on / off button (9). The device is equipped with a loc
-
king button (10). If you press the power button and the
lock button, the device switches on permanently. To
switch off, press the lock button again and release the
switch.
LED: by controlling the LED light strip, it switches on
and off with power supply.
The speed can be adjusted continuously using the
control wheel
set in the speed range. This allows you to optimally
adapt the grinding speed to the respective workpiece.
Tight corner grinding
When sanding some sharp corners, you can remove
the plastic strip around the sanding base plate. Howe
-
ver, during normal sanding, keep the plastic belt well
assembled to allow more efficient dust extraction.
Assembly, disassembly and adjustment of the length
of the telescopic handle
The control handle is telescopic. The length can be
adjusted for a sanding wall of different heights and to
improve grinding efficiency.
Assemble the telescopic handle:
Insert the telescopic aluminum tube vertically into the
large aluminum tube to the appropriate depth and ti
-
ghten the nut.
Removing the telescopic handle: Unscrew the nut and
pull out the telescopic handle vertically. Adjustment:
Unscrew the nut and adjust the length to your needs,
then tighten the nut.
Suction adjustment knob: adjust the air pressure in the
grinding wheel.
Prolonged sanding will cause low air pressure on the
sanding wheel and it will be difficult to move the hand
plasterboard sander. At this point, you can open the
knob to allow air to enter the grinding wheel. After ad
-
justment, close the knob for better suction function.
Dust extraction function
dust extraction function (own dust extraction), which
serves to ensure that no external vacuum cleaner is
required.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Attention!
Disconnect the mains plug before all cleaning and ma
-
intenance work! Danger of injury from electric shock!
REMOVAL AND ASSEMBLY OF GRINDING PLATE
Hold the grinding wheel (4) and unscrew the screw (5)
with
Allen key counterclockwise. Remove the sanding pla
-
te. When refitting, make sure that the mating groove
on the back of the grinding wheel fits properly on the
motor shaft. Tighten the screw clockwise with an Allen
key.
Keep the appliance and the ventilation openings cle
-
an. Clogged vents prevent airflow and the engine may
overheat.
Use a damp cloth with a little greasy soap to clean.
Do not use cleaning agents or solvents, as they may
damage some parts of the device.
We recommend cleaning the device after each use.
