Syringe Tip Sterilization:
1) Remove contaminated syringe tip.
2) Remove all visible signs of contamination
before autoclaving.
3) Autoclave tip at 132° C (270° F) for ten
minutes.
4) Sterilize between each patient use.
NOTE:
Since only the tips can be autoclaved, it is
recommended that the air/water syringe be bagged
with a disposable, single-use plastic sleeve
between each patient use.

The master pressure regulator controls the incoming
supply pressure. It is located behind the vacuum holder, underneath the
control panel, inside the unit. This regulator is factory set and should not
require further adjustment. If further adjustment is needed, turn knob
clockwise to increase pressure and counter clockwise to decrease.
The water pressure regulator controls the pressure inside
the water supply bottle. It is located to the left side of the water bottle, under-
neath the control panel, inside the unit.
The flow block controls the air flow to the three-way air/water
syringe. It is located directly behind the syringe, underneath the control
panel, inside the unit. Using a small screwdriver blade, turn the right
adjusting screw clockwise to decrease air flow and counterclockwise to
increase.
