Target-driven cost-effective telecommunication is a contributing factor to the suc-
cess of a company. Connecting telecommunications to the data world – CTI (com-
puter telephony integration) provides the foundation. Ascom OfficeCall empow-
ers the well-known management programs Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes
with added telephony functionality for incoming and outgoing phone calls while
streamlining workflow. While its integration into existing program interfaces per-
mits you to continue to work as you are accustomed; its minimum learning curve
gives you the option of using key telephony functions.
