Malfunction-related event messages, with a five-digit error ID, are sent to the sig-
nal destinations, complete with date and time.

A defective terminal keeps trying to log on. The terminal can only be located via the I-bus
tier (bus monitor). It must first be activated and then stopped shortly after the fault. Only
specialists can carry out such analyses.
