ASAHI AV VALVES Installation,Operation and Maintenance Manual

Constant Flow Valves

Remove the piston from the cylinder.

Washing

Check the valve parts for damages.

Wash the valve parts with a nylon brush.

Assembly

Insert the piston into the cylinder smoothly, then insert the snap ring tightly.

If there is no grease around the o-ring of the cylinder, apply a sufficient amount of grease to the
surface of the o-ring.
