• While beating or kneading if you want to add new materials, get the
speed first level and then increase the speed gradually.
• When you have finished your work set the variable speed switch to the
position (off) and then remove the apparatuses.
WARNING: Do not operate kneading and beating nozzles continuously
for more than 3 minutes. After such time allow the engine of your
appliance to cool down.
SETTING THE SPEED
We recommend you to use the following speed adjustments in order to
obtain best results from the mixtures you prepare.

For removing the apparatuses
Low ( 1 - 2 - 3 )
For mixing liquids and dry materials, beating butter and sugar, preparing
sauce, pudding and crepe dough
Medium
( 4 )
For preparing liquid dough, beating butter and sugar, and preparing
dough for cookies and cakes
High ( 5 - 6 - 7 )
For preparing frothy, light dough (lump of dough) and cream, beating
eggs (white, yolk; white + yolk), mashing stewed potatoes, making puree
