The water tank is empty or not in
the place
- Water drops may accumulate inside water tank
slot. Wipe this area with a dry cloth, restart the
appliance and place the water tank.
- Make sure there is enough water in the water tank.
- Make sure the water tank is tightly fit in its place.
Coffee pot is not in the place.
- Water drops may accumulate inside water tank
slot. Wipe this area with a dry cloth, restart the
appliance and place the water tank.
Pump failure: Normal brewing, Slow brewing, coffee pot not present
and no water warnings flash at the same time and 1 cup button is
permanently on. Buzzer is heard during this time.
Flowmeter failure: Normal brewing, Slow brewing, coffee pot not
present and no water warnings flash at the same time and 2 cup button
is permanently on. Buzzer is heard during this time..
Infrared failure: Normal brewing, Slow brewing, coffee pot not present
and no water warnings flash at the same time and 3 cup button is
permanently on. Buzzer is heard during this time..
Heater failure: Normal brewing, Slow brewing, coffee pot not present
and no water warnings flash at the same time and 4 cup button is
permanently on. Buzzer is heard during this time.
WARNING: If you encounter one of the failures above, turn the
appliance power button off. Turn it on again after a while. If you
encounter the same failure, this is an electronic card failure. Please
contact authorized Arzum service.
Electronic card failure: Blinking of the warning symbols of brewing keys,
cup key, water reservoir and brewing chamber simultaneously shows a
potential electronic card malfunction, in that case please contact your
authorized Arzum service.
