• Always disconnect the
mixer from the supply if it is
left unattended and before
assembling, disassembling or
cleaning;
• Do not allow children to use the
mixer without supervision.
• To prevent harming your appliance do not use extension cords that
supply insufficient current.
• Do not place your appliance over or near direct heat sources such as
hot gas, electric burner, or heating oven.
• Do not let cord hang over edge of a table or counter, or touch any
other appliances.
•
NEVER
immerse the main part of your mixer in water or any other
liquid. Immediately unplug your appliance after getting wet in any
manner.
• Your close supervision is necessary when your mixer is used by or
near children, inexperience people, physical handicapped (deaf, blind)
or subnormal people. Make sure that children do not play with your
appliance.

ALWAYS
unplug your appliance from outlet when not in use, or before
putting in or taking out attachments, or before caring and cleaning.
• Do not operate the mixer with a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner, such
as by dropping down, etc. Do not attempt to repair it by yourself. Call
immediately an Arzum Authorized Service.

NEVER
attach to your appliance any attachments belonging to other
appliances.
Caution: Do not run the blender empty for more than 1 minute.
• Do not operate the appliance for mor than 5 minute.
• Allow 10 minutes rest before next use.
• Avoid actions that may harm or damage the cord or plug of your
mixer. Do not carry your appliance by holding from the cord. To unplug,
hold the plug and do not pull by the cord.
• Do not operate the beating or kneading nozzles inside an empty
receptacle or outside the receptacle. Your appliance can be damaged.
• Avoid from touching any moving parts when in use. Do not keep your
hands, hairs, clothes, or any tools closer.
• Before rinsing, always take any attachments out of the mixer.
• In order to avoid from overheating of your mixer’s engine operate
dough-kneading nozzles in a lower speed or position 2.
• Do not use your mixer for blending flaring or combustible materials
other than foods.
• Do not interfere with your mixer except for the purposes of cleaning
and maintenance.
• Use your appliance for its intended purposes as recommended.
Speed Control Guide
The speed control knob should be set to the lowest speed for starting
and then gradually moved to the desired higher speed to avoid splashing
ingredients out of the bowl.

Min— Slowest mixing speed
1 – Slow stirring, combining, mashing and
starting all mixing.
2 – Slow mixing, mashing and faster stirring.
3 – Mixing semi-heavy batters.
4 – Medium-fast beating or whipping.
5 – Whipping cream, egg whites and boiled frostings.
6 – Whipping small amounts of cream or egg whites.
Max— Fastest mixing speed.
Note: Do not exceed speed 2 when preparing yeast dough. This may
damage the mixer.
