A passive loop-through connection allows
onward connection to other DMX512 devices. If
this feature is not required then the signal must
be terminated.
To terminate, slide off the outer guard so that the
jumper connection (ref. 5) is visible. Remove the
black plastic shorting plug from the upper pin and
place it over the lower pin.
Alternatively, a plug-in RJ45 terminator can be
fitted to connector 4 (not supplied).
