If booted from USB drive, then installable files are available in the /images directory.
The script performs formatting, partitioning and installation.
7. To set date/time, provide NTPSERVER details or set date/time manually.
When installation is done a message is displayed accordingly.
8. Reboot the card. Go to BIOS and then perform the following settings.
a. Select UEFI mode
b. Enable Network Stack
c. Go to Device manager > iSCSI configuration (iSCSI initiator name and under
attempt) and make sure to provide the exact options which are provided during the
installation. For example, initiator IQN, target IQN, target IP, target port, and initiator
interface.

6.3 Linux Distribution
The distribution is based on CentOS 7.2. The Kernel version is provided in the SharpStreamer™
Pro PCIE-7210 Release Notes . Contact your local Artesyn sales executive for more information.
The default runlevel is 3 . The root file system does not contain any graphical interface
packages. The following table shows the default login credentials .
6.3.1
Connecting the Console
CPU1 and CPU2 serial consoles are exposed via faceplate through Silicon labs (CP2105) single-
chip USB to Dual UART bridge. Connect a microUSB to USB cable with mircoUSB end to the
CONSOLE on the faceplate and the other end to the PC or laptop.
For Windows 7 or Later : Teraterm
Drivers are automatically installed up to connecting the cable.
