Ingredients:
7-oz can sweet cream style corn
1 cup (rice measuring cup) water
2 eggs
1 green onion, chopped
1 slice of thick ham, sliced (optional)
Directions:
1. Pour corn and water into inner pot. Close the
lid and press White Rice to cook.
2. Allow to cook for 15 minutes. Open lid.
3. Crack eggs into a small bowl and then beat.
Slowly add eggs to the soup while constantly stirring.
4. Garnish with chopped green onion and sliced ham.
