9. Apply 2 coats of the adhesive to
the snaps and hook, using a 2”
(50.8mm) soft bristle paint brush,
with the bristles trimmed to 3/4” - 1”
(19 - 25.4mm) long.
Wait until the adhesive is no longer
“tacky” or approximately 20 min-
utes between coats. A quick test is
to put your knuckle against the
adhesive. If the adhesive doesn’t
transfer to your knuckle, the adhe-
sive is ready for the next step.

10. Wait until the adhesive is no
longer “tacky”. A quick test is to put
your knuckle against the adhesive.
If the adhesive doesn’t transfer to
your knuckle, remove the tape from
the boat bonding surfaces.
