Installation methods
According to the purchased ExpressPack® standard, there are two different installation methods:
Header located outside the duct*
Mount the header with grommets under the
duct.
If the ExpressPack® is located outside the
AHU, the dispersion tubes have to be assem -
bled directly into the AHU/duct.
Header located inside the duct
It is necessary to introduce the ExpressPack®
previously assembled, before fixing its upper
part.

* It is necessary to support the manifold adequately to the
weight of the installation (by using a «U» shaped support
bracket, mounting rails...).
Water seal for condensate drain
In order to avoid any water spitting or steam leakage problem, make sure that there is a water seal
with a siphon, like in the example below.
Remember to connect the condensate drain to the waste water system.

The drain must be equipped with a siphon with water seal (see diagram) or be disconnected from the network and be drained
off through a funnel:
H min. (mm) = P (Pa)/10
with P = absolute pressure of the air handling unit or the ventilation duct
The drain hose must not be directly connected to the public sewerage network.
