Zoom/Pan 

For a close-up view of the action, you can use the 

Zoom In

 button, making the 

subject appear to be closer.  Each time that you press 

Zoom In

, a portion of the 

photo becomes larger.  You can press it several times to get to the size that you 
want.  Of course, you can likewise zoom out, but only if you have already 

zoomed in. 
 

Note: 

Zoom affects photo quality.  As you zoom in more and more, the photo 
will appear to be blurrier on your TV screen.   However, this does not
