3.2 Charging the battery
When the batteries are not fully charged, the UPS will load them and the display charging indicator every
time the device is connected to a power source. A full battery charge takes an average of more than 12
hours. Backup time is reduced until the battery is fully charged.
4. Alarm
4.1 The importance of sound signals
While in use, the device, may send adequate signals depending on the current status of the device, battery,
or operating mode. Table below contains information about sound signals and the reasons for its
occurrence.

5. Troubleshooting
5.1 General information
Troubleshooting card covers most of the problems that can occur during normal use of the device. If the
UPS is not working properly, please refer to the following steps and find possible causes and solutions
before contacting technical support.
5.2 Preliminary proceedings
Before checking the potential problems with the device check if:
1) UPS is correctly connected to the power output outlet;
2) The voltage across the line is stated in the specification;
3) The fuse or circuit protection device on the rear panel is open.
