Step 6 – 

base shelf

 

  

 

Lay the 

Base Shelf

 on a smooth clean surface with holes facing upwards.  

NOTE: The Base Shelf has a 

purple mark on the back edge.  

 

Insert two 

H2 Large Cams

 into each end of the Base Shelf as shown in diagram.  Ensure the arrow on 

the top of the Cam points towards the top edge of the Shelf. 

 

Push two 

H15 Dowels

 into each end of the Shelf as shown below.

Step 7 – 

fixed shelf

 

 

 

Lay the 

Fixed Shelf

 on a smooth clean surface with holes facing upwards.   

 

Insert two 

H2 Large Cams

 into each end as shown in diagram.  Ensure the arrow on the top of the 

Cam points towards the top edge of the Shelf. 

 

Push two 

H15 Dowels

 into the each end of the Shelf. 

 

Screw two 

H1 Connecting Bolts

 into the holes as indicated on the diagram below. 

 

Screw on the two 

H53 Magnetic Catches

 using the 

H7 Panhead

 Screws and the 

H7 Panhead Screws

 

as shown below. Use the pre-drilled holes.
