Head Pillow

The head pillow is shaped to fit into the head end of the
mattress

.

Position it according to the illustration.

(See Fig. 1)

The head pillow provides warmth and comfort for the patient.

Shower Handle Holder

The shower handle holder is located on each side support.
Attach the shower handle to the shower handle holder when
needed.

(See Fig. 2)

•

For the caregiver, the attachment will provide a better reach
of the shower handle during the shower routine.

•

For the patient, the attached shower handle can be used to
sprinkle water over the patient, to keep him/her warm.

Battery

The battery is located under the head panel.

Carevo

uses the

NEA0100-083 battery.

(See Fig. 3)

The rounded ridge of the battery needs to be upward when
inserting it into the

Carevo

battery compartment.

(See Fig. 4)

Remove the battery by pulling it straight out.

Low charge warning

A buzzer sound will go off when the battery reaches a low
charge. The battery should then be recharged as soon as
possible.
