2. INSTALLATION
2.1. PLACE OF THE INSTALLATION
- It will be a completely clean place
- It will be conveniently ventilated both in the air inlet and in the evacuation
of the combustion products in accordance with the regulations of each
country, placing the appliance under an extraction hood.
- It will have the minimum dimensions necessary to place the iron on it
complying with the safety, temperature and combustibility distances.
- The plates will be installed only in a place with sufficient ventilation
to prevent the formation of inadmissible concentrations of substances
harmful to health.
- The appliance must be placed on a flat surface and not combustible.
- The plates do not require a special fixation, they will be placed directly
on the surface, checking that it is level and stabilized.
2.2. ELECTRIC CONNECTION
The appliance is provided with an electric cable that must be connected
to a general switch equipped with a thermal magnet that protects the user
from possible accidental contacts or due to alterations of the machine.
It is mandatory to make a good grounding connection according to
regulations. (This connection must be made by specialized personnel).
2.3. SAFETY MEASURES
Repairs and replacement of components must be carried out by qualified
personnel, never by the user.
The components used to replace the defectives must be originals of the
manufacturer. The placement of any component other than the original
manufacturer will cause the loss of the WARRANTY.
