PROCEDURE: 
 

 

1.  REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ 

INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.  

 

2. 

Starting with the Driver/Left side, Proceed with your install by locating the factory mounting 
holes underneath Vehicle 

(Fig 1) 

shows location of mounting holes, 

note:

 on some vehicles 

you may need to remove the factory tape covering these holes. Install the 10mm Clip nuts as 
seen in 

(Fig 1A)

Select the Driver/Left side front mounting bracket from the list above, and 

attach to Vehicle with the supplied (3) 10mm Hex bolts (5) 10mm flat washers (3) 10mm lock 
washers & (2) 10mm Hex Nuts 

(Fig 1B)

 shows bracket attached. Snug but do not tighten 

hardware at this time.

 

 

3. 

Begin to now install the Driver/Left rear mounting brackets 

(Fig 2) 

shows location of mounting 

holes, 

note:

 on some vehicles you may need to remove the factory tape covering these holes. 

Install the 10mm Clip nuts as seen in 

(Fig 2A)

Select the Driver/Left side rear mounting bracket 

from the list above, and attach to Vehicle with the supplied (3) 10mm Hex bolts (5) 10mm flat 
washers (3) 10mm lock washers & (2) 10mm Hex Nuts 

(Fig 2B)

 shows bracket attached. Snug 

but do not tighten hardware at this time.

 

 

4. 

With the brackets attached select the Driver/Left sidebar and install to brackets with the 
supplied hardware (2) 12mm x 50mm Hex bolts, (2) 12mm flat washers (2) 12mm lock 
washers 

(Fig 4)

 shows front bracket attached. Snug but do not tighten hardware at this time                 

 

5. 

Level and align Sidebar properly; then tighten all hardware at this time.

 

6. 

Repeat steps 2-4 for Passenger/right Sidebar.

 

7. 

Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure all hardware is secure and tight.

 

 
To protect your investment

, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to 

add a protective layer over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives 
that could damage the finish.  

 

For stainless steel

: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish. 

Mild soap may be used also to clean the Sidebar. 

For gloss black finishes

: Mild soap may be used to clean the Sidebar.
