4.1.8 Eightfold Charger (Optional)
As an optional accessory for extended TreeQinetic systems, the eightfold charger is available.
This is primarily intended to charge up to eight PTQ modules simultaneously. However, this
device can also be used as a distributor for data cables during the measurement.

Operation
To charge up to eight modules, connect the power supply to the DC-IN socket. The modules
to be charged are connected to the eight sockets with the short charging cables. The
communication unit is still charged directly with the power supply.
For data transmission, connect the modules to the eight sockets with the long data cables.
Connect the eightfold charger with a data cable at the COM socket to one of the data inputs of
the communication unit.
No power supply is required for data transmission.
