Self-Timer Mode

Press the Mode button and select mode. Change the
mode by pressing Up or Down to make the selection and
press the shutter button to confirm. The camera will take the
picture after 25 beeps (approx. 10 sec delay).
Frequency Control
or
Press the Mode button until you see 50H/60H. Change the
mode by pressing Up or Down to make the selection and
press the shutter button to confirm.
