Inserting base panel
Carefully insert the base
panel as shown,
making sure the joins are
not stressed or torn.
Attaching hinges
a
: Attach the hinges to
the side rails &
using 4 x bolts as
shown.

: Attach the gas struts
with the thinner tube
facing down towards the
bed base. Secure in place
to the top of the hinge
using nut as shown.
c
: Secure gas strut to
the bottom of the hinge
using nut as shown.
