Care and Maintenance

Using the Workout Bench

   Examine the equipment

periodically in order to detect

any damage or wear which may

have been produced.

   The safety level of the 

equipment can be maintained 

only if it is examined regularly for 

damage and wear, e.g. connection 

points

Lubricate moving parts with 

light oil periodically to prevent 

premature wear.
