Unit can’t operate
The power could be not turned on
The voltage may be not adequate
Decorative panel could be not well
installed
The filter could need to be replaced
Connect the power
Ensure that it connected 220-240V ~ 50/60 Hz
power
Ensure that decorative panel is well installed
Check if icon
of filter replacement is on
There is a peculiar odor in
the out airflow
There could be a smell of new
materials during the initial operation
The purifier could be placed in
environments where there are odors
(smoking area, BBQ restaurants or
newly decorated rooms)
There could be too muchs dust or
contaminant accumulation on the filter
surface
The unit could operates in high
humidity environment (such as in rainy
season or there is a humidifier in
working)
This smell is normal and will disappear after
working for a period of time
The indoor polluting gas molecule may be
attached on the filter which is more likely to be
saturated in above conditions. The filter should
be timely replaced and reset it
The filter can be reused after being cleaned and
air-dried. If the odor still exists, it is
recommended to replace the filter and reset it
It’s suggested to sun-dry or air-dry the filter for a
while, then ou can reuse it
