IMPORTANT: Please mind that the socket is at the top and the long part of the
case is facing downwards. Otherwise water will enter the socket. The splash
protection is only guaranteed when using IP 44 safety plugs.
6. Possible sources of faults
LED on the remote control does not shine when one of the buttons is pressed:
• check whether the battery has been fitted and the polarity equals
agrees with the labelling in the battery compartment
• check whether the battery is empty and if necessary, replace it
The LED on the remote control lights up but it does not operate the desired
remote control socket:
• check whether the system code in the remote control matches
that of the remote control socket
• check whether the channel on the remote control socket corre-
sponds to the button you are operating on the remote control.
• check whether the socket which the remote control socket is
plugged into, is connected to the power.
If none of these approaches solves the problem, please contact the manufacture
or dealer.
7. Warranty
The manufacturer offers a warranty of 2 years on the product with respect to
workmanship and material. Repairs may only be carried out by an authorised
customer service. The original sales receipt must be enclosed as evidence.
The following occurrences are excluded from this warranty: normal wear and tear,
changes, modifications, damage due to lack of attention, external interference,
areas of application for which the product is not designed or completely or
partially dismantled products.
