Make sure the device is turned off before connecting it to the mains. 

 

Turn  off  the  device  and  unplug  it  when  not  in  use  before  cleaning  it  or  performing  other 
maintenance. 

 

To unplug the device, turn it off and then unplug it from the wall outlet. Do not unplug the 
cable to unplug it. 

 

Do not operate the device in areas where gasoline, paint or other flammable liquids are used 
or stored. 

 

Use indoors only. 

 

In order to prevent a possible fire, the air inlets and outlets must not be blocked in any way. 

 

Do not touch the hot surfaces. 

 

Do not insert any foreign objects into the ventilation or exhaust air vents and do not allow 
them to penetrate, as this can lead to an electric shock, fire or damage to the device.  

 

Always make sure your hands are dry before pressing or adjusting a switch on the device or 
touching the plug and outlet.  

 

Do not leave the device unattended when it is in operation. 

 

The most common cause of overheating is deposits of dust or fluff in the device. Ensure that 
these deposits are removed regularly by unplugging the device and vacuuming the vents and 
grilles.  

 

Do not place the heater on carpets and do not lay the cable under carpets. Lay the cable away 
from traffic areas so you can't stumble over it. 

 

Store the heater in a cool, dry place when not in use and do not store it until it has cooled. 

 

Do not use the device to dry clothes. 

 

Do not immerse the device in liquids and do not let liquids run into the interior of the device, 
as this can lead to an electric shock. 

 

Do not use the device on a wet surface or where it can fall down or be pushed into the water. 

 

Do  not  reach  for  a  device  that  has  fallen  into  the  water.  Turn  off  the  power  supply  and 
immediately unplug the power plug. 

 

Use  the  device  only  as  described  in  this  guide.  Any  other  use  is  not  recommended  by  the 
manufacturer and may cause fire, electric shock or injury. 

 

Do not use the device on a window, as rain can cause an electric shock. 

 

Do not store the device in a box or enclosed space until it has cooled down sufficiently. 

 

Do not use this device as a heater for animals and plants. 

 

Intended use 

The device is only suitable for well-insulated rooms or for occasional use. 
Use the device exclusively for heating enclosed spaces, in compliance with the technical data.

Foreseeable misuse 

 

Do not place the device on wet or flooded surfaces. 

 

Do not place objects, such as clothing, on the device. 

 

Do not use the device near gasoline, solvents, paints or other highly flammable fumes or in 
rooms where they are stored. 

 

Do not use the device outdoors.
