Fix the protective shield facing downwards with screws and a hexagon key. Attach serrated
cut-off wheel (golden) to the rod head and fix with hexagon key. This can then be removed.

Then screw the bobbin attachment to the
left
onto the thread, hexagon wrench can then be
removed. In the next step, pull the fixing bolt to make the joint flexible.
