Useful tips for the refrigerator use:

Freezing Foods
1. Freezing process lasts for 24 hours: within this time it is prohibited to increase the
amount of freezable products.
2. It is recommended to freeze only quality, fresh and washed foods.
3. It is recommended to pack food products by small portions, to ensure their complete
and rapid freezing with subsequent thawing of only the necessary quantity of foods.
4. It is recommended to wrap the products in aluminum foil or polyethylene, and ensure
the integrity of the package.
5. It is not recommended to put fresh, unfrozen foods close to frozen products, as this
will increase the temperature of the latter.
6. Lean food products can be stored for longer time than fatty products; salt reduces the
shelf life of products.
7. Ice-covered products when used directly from the freezer can cause freezing injury.
8. It is recommended to specify the product type on the packaging of each product to
facilitate the search.
9. It is recommended to specify the freezing date on the packaging of each product to
control the shelf life.
Storage of Frozen Products
1. Make sure that the purchased frozen products were stored properly in the store.
2. Provide as short a time as possible to transport frozen products from the store to the
freezing chamber.
3. Do not open the freezing chamber door too often or for a long time.
