locked rotor current" setting and presents a situation where the motor cannot start
or stall. When this signal activates, it indicates a short-circuit fault and should
immediately be used to halt start-up or stalled situations.
Events and registers
The motor status monitoring function (abbreviated "MST" in event block names) generates events from
the detected motor status. The data register is available, based on the events.

5.3.18 Motor start/ locked rotor monitoring (Ist>; 48/14)
The motor start/locked rotor monitoring function is used for monitoring the start-up's duration as well as
the start-up's stress on the motor. The function can also be used after starting locked rotor protection.
