ALIVE is not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose,
monitor, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. The heart
rate readings are for reference only, and no responsibility is
accepted for the consequences of any erroneous readings.
Do not look at the heart rate sensor’s lights directly, doing so may
impair your vision.
Do not expose the strap to very wet conditions. Wet straps can
cause skin irritations. Please clean the strap by water periodically
to keep it clean and dry, do not use abrasive cleaning that may
damage the strap.
If you feel discomfort while using the ALIVE, stop using it and
removed it from your wrist.
Do not use device in the environment of too high or too low
temperature, please don’t expose the device under strong
sunshine or too wet environment. The suitable temperature for
the device and accessories is 0°C - 45°C.
Keep the ALIVE away from fire or any objects that may cause
damage or scratch.
Please do not attempt to repair, modify or disassemble the ALIVE.
Please use the magnetic charger included in the package to
charge the ALIVE.
ALIVE is water-proof design. The device can not support hot
water shower, diving, surfing, etc.
It does not have waterproof
effect on corrosive liquids such as seawater, acidic and
alkaline solutions, and chemical reagents. If you
inadvertently encounter corrosive liquid, please clean with clear
water and wipe it dry. The damage caused by abuse or improper
use is not covered by the warranty
