MH-3231-U3V3 3.5” SATA Storage Center
Drive does not appear in my computer / on my desktop
1. Make sure the USB cable and connectors are not damaged and firmly connected by
both ends.
2. Make sure the power adaptor is not damaged and firmly plugged.
3. Check the power switch and LED status and see if it is power-on.
4. Avoid connecting the device via USB hub.
5. Remove the hard drive and then reconnect after 10 seconds.
6. Check the
“Device Manager” and see if the hard drive is recognized by USB port.
7. Sometimes there is an unknown conflict between USB devices, connect them one by
one and discover which one is causing the conflict.
My computer won
’t boot when I connect the external storage drive to the
computer before booting.
1. Remove all external devices before you turn on computer.
2. Boot into your BIOS and change the boot priority. Make sure the USB boot device is
after your primary hard drive.
Data transfer rate seems slow
1. Make sure this USB 3.0 storage device is connected directly to a USB 3.0 port.
2. If there are other devices connected to the hub, please disconnect the other USB
devices.
3. Your system may be operating at lower speeds due to your system does not support
USB 3.0

Archgon warrants MH-3231-U3V3 is free from defects in materials or workmanship
under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
The limited warranty does not cover upon occurrence of the following events
1. Damages from misuse, accident or any man-caused damages
2. The disassembly or the re-equipping causes the damage arbitrarily.
3. Improper maintenance, leading to product failure or damage.
4.
Unsuitable physical or operating environment beyond product specification, leading
to product failure or damage.
