4. Launch the voice communication software. When you lift the handset, the
audio automatically switches to the phone so that conversation can be
carried out.
5. Hang off the phone when the conversation finishes. When the phone is
hung off, the audio automatically switches back to the system.
You can also use the phone key on the front panel to toggle the phone mode
on and off. The Phone LED light also change accordingly to reflect current
phone status as described in the following table.
