4.3.3 Low or No RF Power Output (RF Test)
NOTE: The DC Tests specified in Section 4.3.2 should be completed before conducting the RF tests specified
in the following sections.
The Model 2.5U1000’s typical gain response at 0 dBm input and -20 dBm input is shown in Figure 4-1. The
actual gain may vary considerably from that shown in Figure 4-
1 but should be ≥ 34.0 dBm.

4.4 SERVICING ETCHED CIRCUIT BOARDS
When soldering leads, use a hot 40-watt or smaller iron. Apply heat sparingly to the leads, not to the printed
wiring on the board. Before installing new parts, clean holes to receive new part without forcing. Have new
leads tinned to receive solder quickly with a minimum of heat and without residue.
