OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Fill your sink with cold water (approximately ¾ full).
2. Place the diffuser stone ball in the water.
3. Plug in the unit and turn it on by moving the knob on the front of the unit counter clockwise to the on
position. Alternatively, you can choose how long you want the unit on by turning the knob clockwise to
the chosen number of minutes you require. When the unit is on, you will see lots of little bubbles coming
out of the diffuser ball
– this is the Tri-Atomic Oxygen being transferred into the water.
4. Allow 10 minutes to ensure total saturation of the Tri-Atomic Oxygen into the water.
5. Place fruits, vegetables, meat or poultry in the water to sanitize and clean the produce.
6. Drain and let food completely dry prior to storage. Excess water will cause spoilage.
7. Sanitize the bags or containers with clean ozonated water and dry. Store food as usual.
