and finish for this product and is not covered under this warranty.
Cast concrete is a hand-finished process. As such, GFRC finishes will vary by unit. There will be a color variance of up
to 15% in each unit. There may also be uneven texture or pattern as well as small holes in the surface caused by air or
water trapped on the surface during casting. This is a normal trait of cast concrete and is not covered under warranty.

Auto-Ignite Fire Features Replacement Parts

Flame blow out

•  High or gusting winds.

– In case of gusty winds; increase flame to “HIGH” setting.

– In case of high winds; it is not safe and you should not operate the fire feature during high winds.

•  Low on gas.

– Replace or refill the gas tank.

•  The excess flow valve is tripped.

– Refer to “sudden drop in gas flow or reduced flame height” section above.

Flame seems to lose heat in cold temperature below 50°F (propane model)

•  Ice has built up on the outside of the propane cylinder because the vaporization process is too low.

– Turn the control knob to “OFF” and close the valve on the propane cylinder. Replace it with a spare gas tank and resume

burning. Store the spare gas tank in a well ventilated area, away from children.
