Using these rates will result in reasonably sized data files and many years battery life. For
further details concerning battery life, see section

Next, click the 'Scheduled Start' option and enter the time date you want to start logging
data. The controls for this are shown below bordered in red.

Finally, select the number of hours you want to log data for. As you adjust the 'Log data for:'
values, the End Time and End Date boxes will automatically update. See below bordered in
red.

If you want to log data indefinitely, set the value in the 'Log data for:' to zero.

If you do this, the End Time and End Date boxes will show 'Not set' as shown above, and
the Logger will continue to log data until you choose to stop logging manually or the Logger
runs out of memory or battery capacity.

Finally, once the scheduled logging start, logging interval and duration (if required) have
been set up, transfer the settings to the Logger by clicking the 'Update Logging' button.
