Add a New Hydracup User
1. Click the ‘add user’ button

Enter all details within the applicable fields
Note: You can choose to add a wristband or not at this stage. If you choose not to add a wristband,
the person will not be tracked by a Hydracup and will be listed in the Inactive list below. You can
add a wristband later.
3. Click the ‘Add’ button

Stop fluid monitoring

Target/ restricted
Add manual fluid
Delete resident
Edit resident
Fluid history
Add Manual Fluid
1. Click the ‘add manual fluid’ button
2. Fill in the required fields as required
3. Click ‘Add’ then ‘confirm’ to continue
The manual fluid will now be added to the total consumed at the time and appear in the fluid
history window.
View & Manage Manual Fluid
1. Click the ‘Fluid History’ button on required user
2.
Click the ‘Manual Fluid’ tab at the top of the fluid history window
3. From here you can edit or delete each manual fluid entry on the current date
